The aim of this 3-day theoretical course is to provide participants practical knowledge of droplet based cell sorting (FACS) that can be directly transferred to research questions:
- Theory behind cell sorting
- Start-up, shut-down and quality control of a cell sorter
- Sorting of beads and cells to fit different types of experiments
- Troubleshooting, quality control and validation of cell sorting
- Doing a risk assessment
Deadline to apply is 15 December 2023. All are welcome to apply, please be aware that the number of participants is limited. Please be aware that the number of participants is limited. Preference is given to PhD students and postdoctoral fellows who are affiliated with these networks, and to active FACS users.
