Lund Stem Cell Center Bioinformatics Facility

The bioinformatics core facility was established in 2013 to assist members of the Stem Cell Center with the their bioinformatics needs, and generally increase biocomputing activity within the SCC. The group is composed of Shamit Soneji (group leader) and Stefan Lang, between them having 30+ years of experience.

The team provides assistance with the analysis of various NGS applications as well as single-cell RNAseq. They also analyse data from microarray platforms such as gene expression arrays. They can also provide a computation platform hosted at Lunarc which is available to for those to use who have some experience of bioinformatics.

Other analyses not mentioned above can also be performed on your data, time-permitting. In all cases, please reach out early on in the process so that the group can help assist you to the best of their abilities.
