R programming foundations II
Aim
This workshop will be more advanced and will demonstrate how R code can be written and stored for future continuous use. It will also introduce elements of Bioconductor packages. We will also include content requested from participants of R programming foundations I.
Topics include
- Introduction to S4 classes
- Writing methods for S4 classes
- Making R packages
- Sending packages to Github
- Requested content from participants
The detailed schedule will be distributed to accepted participants prior to the start of the workshop.

Entry requirements
- Participants are expected to use their own computers with pre-installed R and R Studio (detailed instructions will be given upon acceptance).
- Basic R knowledge
This workshop is organised by the Research School in Stem Cell Biology in collaboration with the StemTherapy Bioinformatics Core Facility. Please be aware that the number of participants is limited. Participation in the workshop is free of charge for members of the Research School in Stem Cell Biology.
