Path to green laboratories – a seminar and discussion on circular solutions in Life Science
Would you like to learn how you could combine life science innovation and sustainability to meet future challenges and develop circular solutions that optimize consumption and reduce waste? Join us to hear from local experts who will pitch potential solutions and discuss how to contribute to Lund’s sustainable life science beacon, benefitting researchers and the planet.
Lund, "the city of ideas" is a leader in both life science innovation and sustainability, with its University rated number 8 for sustainability in the world by the QS world university ranking. But how could Lund combine life science innovation and sustainability to combat present and future challenges to develop circular solutions and optimize resources, whilst addressing the “what’s in it for me” for people and workplace?
If you work in a lab, you can't help but notice the waste. Laboratories are some of the most resource-intensive spaces of any industry. But positive changes and ideas for the future are being realised. By simply introducing a new perspective and raising awareness, we can create a culture of sustainability within the sciences, together.
