is a European doctoral programme preparing the next generation of researchers to tackle the biggest challenges in regenerative medicine and the development of advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs) - therapies based on cells, genes or tissues.

RAMP-UP brings together a network of four implementing universities and more than 30 associated partners across Europe, connecting science, healthcare, and industry to accelerate innovation and advance the therapies of tomorrow.

About the programme

With four partner universities and over 30 affiliated organizations, RAMP-UP provides interdisciplinary training to 55 doctoral fellows in Europe, preparing future leaders in the development of ATMPs.

Programme Activities

RAMP-UP Doctoral Fellows engage in cutting-edge research at one of our implementing universities and participate in joint summer and winter schools, PhD-level courses, and cross-sector secondments.
