Program Overview
We offer tailored high-level education to Ph.D. students and post-doctoral researchers, as well as leadership training at several levels within our research environment.
Courses and Workshops
A variety of courses and workshops are offered with a focus on techniques relevant to stem cell biology as well as transferable skills including, scientific writing, scientific illustration and leadership development. Several courses are run in collaboration with the Core Facilities or teaching staff at the Center, placing students in direct contact with established and emerging technological tools and developments.
Seminar Series
The Research School hosts several seminar series which bring scientists from different research areas together, providing a platform for stimulating multidisciplinary discussions and collaborative research.
Professional Development Program
The Research School also offers a one-year complementary educational program which promotes Ph.D. student success through the provision of academic and career support and mentioning, and aims to create a welcoming community for Ph.D. students affiliated with the Center.
