Access & Training:

To get access to the environment and our instruments, a mandatory on site introduction is required. Please reach out to pre-gmp [at] med [dot] lu [dot] se (pre-gmp[at]med[dot]lu[dot]se) to book a training, or if you have any questions. 

Available Services:

We provide cell culture lab space and advanced instruments that enable us to process development and GMP adaptation of research grade protocols, as well as project consultation to help reach these goals. We are constantly working towards expanding the repertoire of instruments and services that we can give access to, and currently provide:

User access to Simulated Class B cell culture rooms

• Fully equipped cell culture rooms designed to enable GMP compatible workflows. 

The Miltenyi CliniMACS Prodigy Platform

• Automated and enclosed cell processing instrument for production of GMP-compliant cell and gene therapies.
• The ATMP center GMP facility at Skåne University hospital has the same instrument which enables close collaboration and a smooth transition between pre-GMP and GMP.

NucleoCounter® NC-202™

• A GMP-ready cell counter - Consistent results across instruments, users and sites.
• Implement cell counting methods that can be easily implemented in a GMP setting. 

Project Consultation

• We provide assistance and guidance with:
  • Development of SOPs and release criteria.
  • Identifying challenges in the process, and creating solutions.
