we work on a first come, first serve basis. In short we offer assistance with experimental design, gRNA design and initial validation for your gene-editing needs.
Email the Facility at Pia [dot] Johansson [at] med [dot] lu [dot] se.

The CRISPR facility also serves as a Hub to link the CRISPR expertise at Lund University. Thus we can also direct you towards other researchers willing to share their specific expertise and experience that fits your experiments.

We are also linked with the iPSC-Core (link coming soon) to facilitate the production of iPS cell-lines after the CRISPR-mediated edits and the AAVs Core for production of AAV for in vivo CRISPR-strategies.
